Productbeschrijving
High Precision EI Lamination Stacking Machine
Designed to improve productivity and ensure consistent transformer core assembly with precision engineering and reliable performance.
Product Overview
The Semi-Automatic EI Laminator is a specialized device engineered for the production of low-frequency EI-type transformer cores. It precisely inserts EI-type silicon steel laminations into transformer coil skeletons, completing the core assembly process with exceptional accuracy.
This equipment combines manual flexibility with mechanical precision, supporting various EI lamination specifications (EI-28 to EI-330). It serves as a core component in manufacturing medium and small-sized transformers, power adapters, instrument transformers, and related electrical products.
Key Advantages
Precision and Efficiency
Servo drive and precision guide rail positioning technology
Built-in fault alarm system with real-time monitoring
Automatic shutdown with fault diagnosis
Reduces maintenance costs and downtime

Working Process
1. Manual Material Preparation: Classify and sort EI-type silicon steel laminations into E-pieces and I-pieces, then place them sequentially into the equipment material trough.
2. Positioning and Clamping: Secure the transformer coil skeleton on the equipment fixture and set insertion parameters via the control panel.
3. Mechanical Insertion: Start the equipment; the mechanical arm automatically alternates inserting E-pieces and I-pieces into the coil skeleton to complete core stacking.
4. Finished Product Removal: After insertion completion, manually remove the assembled core and proceed to subsequent binding and impregnation processes.
Applications & Value Proposition
Ideal For:
Medium and small-sized transformer manufacturers
Power adapter manufacturers
Electrical component processing plants
Customer Value: Achieve dual improvement in assembly efficiency and product quality at 50% lower procurement cost compared to fully automatic laminators. Perfect for production scenarios with monthly capacities of 50,000 to 200,000 units, enabling cost control while rapidly responding to market demands.
