Automatic EI-300 Lamination Stacking Machine for Heavy Industrial Transformer Manufacturing The EI-300 is the largest frame in our EI lamination stacking series. It inserts E & I silicon steel laminations into transformer coil bobbins under PLC control, holding ±0.02 mm positioning accuracy and ±0.1 mm stacking accuracy at cycle rates up to 250 stacks per minute, with a Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen interface. It covers the 8000-15000 VA band of heavy industrial transformer
